Yes. Shield drops into most existing houses as a retrofit, and it is equally at home in a new build.
Yes. Genie fits any pinsetter brand, so you can modernise scoring and the back office first and add Shield later. Campaign pricing is for the two together, and we are happy to quote Genie on its own too.
Shield is IBF and USBC approved, so it meets the standards required for competitive and tournament bowling.
Shield is installed by our own teams with a 5-year warranty. Genie carries a lifetime warranty with free upgrades and remote support included.
The campaign covers Shield and Genie as a bundle: Shield at €9,950 per lane, installed, and Genie at €1 per lane per day with no hardware refresh cycle and no upgrade fees. For projects of 8 lanes and up, shipping is included, with the exception of the Middle East and Africa. For other projects, we work out shipping with you and include it in your quote.
We do. Your team is trained by Switch as part of the install, with live sessions and a full training library they can return to whenever someone new joins.
