The Site is published in order to provide information about Switch’s bowling equipment, systems and services and to enable interested parties to contact us. No direct online sales are made through the Site.
Product descriptions, technical specifications, images, drawings, dimensions, capacity figures and similar content published on the Site are provided for general information purposes and do not constitute a binding offer.
Binding terms in respect of products and services are established solely by the sales contract, order confirmation or written quotation agreed between the parties. In the event of any conflict between such documents and the content of the Site, the contract or quotation prevails.

These Terms are governed by Turkish law. The İzmir Courts and Execution Offices shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them. The right of persons qualifying as consumers to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts is reserved.
