Innisfail sugarbowl lanes

To Whom it may concern,

My name is E-J Starkey and I am the proprietor of Innisfail Sugarbowl Lanes in North Queensland, Australia, currently owned and operated by Starkey Entrepreneurial Group PTY LTD.

Recently we have installed 12 Switch GID Synthetic Lanes, Pindecks, Capping and Guttering in our centre, where previously existed original Brunswick timber lanes and gutters etc.

I have to say that on looks alone, these lanes are magnificient. The lighter appearance in the laminated grain makes the lane stand out and is very inviting to bowl upon. Being part of the installation myself, with experienced installers from most frontline products in the past, the consensus was that the Switch Product was much harder and therefore a more durable product in comparison to its counterparts.

Our house average has increased by 15 pins over the months that we have had the Switch GID synthetic surface down, and I have to say that my bowlers are loving the better scoring conditions available. Bowlers that have travelled to our centre for the State Championships also commented on the playability and smooth transition offered by the Switch synthetic surface in comparison the synthetic products being currently exhibited in their home centres. I now have return bowlers that will travel to my tournaments!

The Switch product has transformed my centre, with complementing colours, creating an electric atmosphere that is truly envied but our neighbouring centres.

When it comes to capital equipment, the product itself is only a portion of what people are looking for. The management of the product and after sale service means a lot also. I cannot praise Steve Jones and Paul Costante more for their professional approach to our centres needs, and their "human touch" tha is often missing when large projects are undertaken.

Switch has become a true friend of Innisfail Sugarbowl Lanes and the Starkey Entrepreneurial Group and we will seek them out first for any future developements in the industry for many years to come.
